CRM to use with Office 365

What CRM plays nicely with Office 365 (especially is integrated with e-mails - that is there is no need to forward them to a special address etc. etc.)?

We tried Outlook Customer Manager, but it doesn't work. It doesn't work on Macs in Outlook, it doesn't work well with other browsers than Edge, sharing works erratically etc. For now it is a technology-demonstrating prototype, not a product. So what could we use?

(We have 7 accounts as of now)

Hi Andy,

According to your description, you encounter some problems when use Outlook Customer Manager in the Outlook for Mac client. Please try the following steps and check if it helps.

  1. Disable develop menu.

  1. Clear Safari cache.
  2. Restart Outlook.

Regards,

Barry

The problem is deeper. Even if we get it to work (by using online Outlook in Chrome) still the contacts and their history is not shared. It is not a usable solution as of now, merely a concept demonstrator. Hence my question - we need a working CRM, not an demo.

Microsoft has a CRM software, Dynamics CRM. Have you looked at it?

At the moment looks like you would need to rely on 3rd party products that supports Mac and Office365. Cant help you with recommendations however.
