Phone number verification Problem.

Are you in the phone number verification page as below? If yes, please make sure you have selected the proper country code. For the United States, please choose "+1". For other countries, please choose the corresponding country code (like +212 for country: Morocco). If you still cannot receive the verification code, you can try using Call me option instead of the Text me to check if you can receive the verification phone call.

If it's not your scenario, to help us better understand the issue, please let us know the following information:

1. The Office 365 trial subscription you tried to get and the site you apply for the trial.

2. The detailed steps you performed to get free trial account. Like the country you choose when you created the new account.

i have try my brother phone number and my friend number from United state too but same problem am not receiving the code.

I'd like to know if the 212 in your phone number 21269875xxxx is the additional country code or just part of your phone number. If your phone number is 69875xxxx, you can just enter the 69875xxxx in your last screenshot page as there is already the +212 section in the front of the number and no need to add it again.

If your intact phone number 21269875xxxx, Please try to use the Call me instead of Text me to check the outcome.

i swear i have try it many times i typed +21269875xxxx / 21269875xxxx / 69875xxxx / 069875xxxx but same problem i really don't know why.

Have you tried the "Call me" instead of "Text me" method? If not, please give it a try to check the outcome.

If the issue persists, to check if it's the client side issue, please try to use a another computer or browser to see if you could receive the verification number.
