Error message when sending email Office 365

Hi there,

We have a user who is experiencing issues when sending emails through her Office 365. She is getting this error message:

"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send messages outside of your organization. Contact your email admin for assistance."

Can you please help out to fix it.

To look into the issue, I’d like to collect the entire error message(Non-Delivery Report).

I asked the user to forward the email with the error message to me, but it only has this in the body:

Or is this NDR something that I can generate myself from the admin portal?

Hi Patricia,

To do further investigation, we need to analyze the whole NDR to check where the emails are blocked. So can you send the whole NDR to us? For more information about NDRs, please refer to the article that Chris mentioned above (Non-Delivery Report).

Thanks Gray, I request the user to send me the bounce email message that she got that contains the Non-Delivery Report details that you need. I'll let you know when I got it from her. Thanks again. Patricia
