MS Office Applications 0xc000007b error

I think there was an issue while installing since it cancelled. Now, I get an application error and "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). I've tried the control panel repair option and reinstalled but to no avail. I need to get it fixed as I have lots of work, what are some other solutions?

  • Are you seeing the Office apps on your computer even if the installation was not successful?
  • What program are you trying to launch when you get the error message?

Yes I can still see them, the folder is present, the icons are present and I can use "Open with X". There is an issue with Excel, Word and Powerpoint so far.
