how to reinstall Office home and student 2007, previously installed on 3 systems, laptop died and trying to reinstall on new laptop

Compac laptop died. It was one of three active installations I had installed Office Home and Student 2007 on. Trying to activate on new Acer laptop but told phone activation no longer available on website.
