How to install the Proofing Tools for the MS Office 2016 Pro Plus x64 and Office 365 x64 ?

If you need Proofing Tools only, please, download  SW DVD5 Proofing Tools 2016 64Bit MultiLang ComplKit MLF X20-42861.lSO

You have two options:

1. download it from Microsoft with your Microsoft TechNet Account.
2. Ask your System Administrator to download it for you from Microsoft with his Microsoft TechNet Account. I am sure It's absolutely legally also.

It is nothing because the last time you tried to install Proofing Tools x86 ( setuplanguagepack.x86.nl-nl_.exe ) for your Office 365 x64 with this link

You couldn't download Office 365 Proofing Tools x64 because it is not available from https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Language-Accessory-Pack-for-Office-2016-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f  

It is not true: 

The language accessory pack files that are available for download in the table below, can be installed on either 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Office 2016 

I don't understand why, but Proofing Tools x64 is not available  from the web (Front End)

So, I edited the above link:

and you have downloaded and successfully  installed  Dutch Proofing Tools x64 ( setuplanguagepack.x64.nl-nl_.exe ) directly from the Back End.

The Problem Description 

Hi,

How to install the Proofing Tools for the MS Office 2016 Pro Plus x64 English Edition, 16.0.4266.1001 ? 

I couldn't add Russian and Ukraine Languages through

File - Option -Language - Choose Editing Languages

I have tried to install those x64 languages packs:

setuplanguagepack.x64.uk-ua_
