Office 365 shows 'Subscription has expired" error in Office 2013 applications

We've been trying to reinstall Office 2013 and get it to connect to the Office 365 Enterprise subscription account, but it gives us the above error. We activated the product successfully with a product key, but it still doesn't recognize the subscription account though we logged in and are using Office 2013 successfully.

Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Training.Goddess,

First, I would like to confirm where did you download Office 2013. Our Office 365 account can only activate Office ProPlus suit and cannot activate Office  Professional Plus 2013. Please make sure you installed Office ProPlus from Office 365 portal.  Meanwhile, as Office 2013 is not available to be installed from Office 365 portal, we suggest you install Office 2016 to check the outcome.

Regards,
Linda
