How to fix error (0xc000007b). Firstrun.exe error

Purchased a New laptop and for the registration i tried to open office but when i click on Icon an Error is displayed.

FIRSTRUN.EXE - Application Error

This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

Please tell the solution to overcome this error.
