Activation issue, I have office 2019 installed with a 2019 product key but activation says 2016

Been wasting hours and hours trying to get this activated
My previous office installation hit maximum usage after doing a MOBO replacement.
Uninstalled office re-installed, then on the account page it had two activation options. One would bring up 2016 activation and the other 2019, so I ran the 2019 activation over the phone and it was successful. Restarted and now it's saying not activated and bring up 2016 activation message.

Your screenshots indicate both the2019 and 2016 versions of Office Pro Plus, that is a volume licence version of Microsoft Office, not a consumer licence.

Where did you purchase your Office licence from and where are you downloading and installing Office form onto your PC?

Do you see your correct Office licence listed there?

I found some script to run from the command prompt, it said I had office 16 installed, I uninstalled office and ran the "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant" to remove all traces and started from scratch. Installed and activated with no issues
