Office 365 Personal Does Not Install

I recently re purchased a monthly subscription to Office after i had changed credit cards.

I bought Microsoft Office 365 Personal. After I hit Install in my account dashboard and i hit the setup application, it takes its time installing, but when its close to finishing installing, it hits me with an Error Code: 30015-11.

I follow all the steps in this troubleshoot guide:
http://****/2017/01/how-to-fix-microsoft-office-error-code-30015-11-1073741790/
But Its no use. I deactivated the anti virus and restarted the install but it failed again, I opened a command prompt on administrator and used sfc /scannow and it stated it fixed some things about office, but when I go to install again it fails. Finally I go to registry and delete what the registry asks of me and I go and restart the process but the same error pops up.

How can I fix this? How can I install if every time I do this Something went wrong window pops up without fail!?

I already used Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant and as it tried to install Office 365 for me it too ran into the same problem.

Hi Carlos,
Did you have another version of Office installed?
Use if the utility in option 2 to scrub office from the computer.

Do you use the default administrator account or a standard user account? If you use a standard user account, download the setup file , right click on it and choose Run as admin.

Have you tried the solution on this page?

I recall that I have another account with microsoft under a different email which i now realized was the account by which I had the programs.

It seems I am trying to install office from my second account instead of my first account (first account being the original subscription i had)

Could that be the problem?

Edit: This is not the problem. Something is seriously wrong.

I get the Error Code: 30015-11 when I try to install office through the setup application.

I get the Error Code:
30015-13 when I try to repair in Apps and Features.

I do not know why Office does not install on my computer!

Do I have to do something in Registry or Command Prompt?

This would affect the licensing, not the install.

Did you try the solution at the link i posted earlier?
