Installing Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a new device

I have had a product ID for Microsoft Office 365 which is expired in 16/10/2018.

I have installed in a desktop. Now I want to change to another device. I downloaded the Setup-365 but I could not install Microsoft Office 365 in my new laptop, instead, the version was Microsoft Office 2016.

I just want to use the "morph transition" and "3D Models" of PowerPoint but they don't exist in the PowerPoint 2016 of my laptop.

Please let me know how to do it?

Hi PTan1, you need to Deactivate your old installation and then install onto the Desktop

Go to https://office.com/myaccount and sign in using your Microsoft account, if prompted.

Select Install

Under Install information, locate the computer where you want to deactivate the install

Select Deactivate Install to deactivate the Office installation

Then click Install to install on the new PC

Hi Dave,

I have done it (deactivated the old installation in my desktop) before.

My install information is now empty although I have installed in my laptop. I don't know why.

Now all morph transitioning effect is appear in slide show of the file that I made before. But, there is no morph icon in transition tab, and the "Design Ideas" also.

Do you know how to solve it?

Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Windows now support inserting 3D models directly into your documents, workbooks or presentations to illustrate a point. You can rotate models 360 degrees or tilt up and down to show a specific feature of an object.

If you want to install Office on a new computer, you first need to uninstall it from the existing computer, then install and activate it on the new computer.
