Office is not included free with most computers. A few include a "free" 1 year subscription to Office 365 Personal. I doubt it will come with an "all-in-one" type computer. Check with the store you bought the computer from.
You will most likely have to buy Office 2016, or rent/subscribe to Office 365.

At amazon, if you pick the snail mail option to deliver the product key, rather than online download/email you get an additional price discount

https://www.infopackets.com/news/9684/ms-office-365-discounted-50-some-users
The new deal is for a half-price subscription to Office 365 Personal edition.
The half-price MS Office deal only applies to users who:
- pay for a one-year subscription, price $35.98.
- only available to those running Windows 10 (which is a free upgrade for many users).
- only applies to those who already have a legal copy of Office 2010 or earlier on their machine. It’s not available for Office 2013 users
To take advantage of the deal, users must open a special “Get Office” application that is pre-installed in Windows 10 and should be in the Start menu.
If you already have 365 Home, you can use a 365 Personal license to extend the 365 Home license by 9 months. Click on the (hidden) green “Stay with Office 365 Home” button

There are 2 ways you can get an even better deal on Office. The “Academic” discount for college/university students and the Home Use Program (HUP)
http://www.microsofthup.com/hupca/faq.aspx?culture=en-CA
The Home Use Program is a deal where companies with a site or volume license activate part of that license agreement that allows their employees to get a copy of Office to use at home. The HUP is the best discount you can get. The price is current USD$9 plus extra for the “backup disks”
Note: in HUP 2013 it appears that the backup disk is for the CTR installation <snip http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-office_install/office-2013-home-business-custom-installation/fe19d063-12d8-4d0f-8b45-b6786d38823e?page=2 >
I’ve just received my “official” Office Home & Business 2013 backup disc (blue with white lettering, part number X18-15396-01) from Microsoft and it is identical in content and installation to the one I (and apparently everybody else) has burned from the downloaded image file. No option to customize whatsoever, only the same accursed “Click-to-Run” mess as the other.

<snip> I purchased Microsoft Officer Professional 2010 under the DOD Home User Program and installed on my Gateway. That laptop is no longer working and I purchased a MacBook Air. I want to install Mac Office Professional 2010. Can I reassign Office Professional 2010 from Windows to Mac?
Ok, I know I can’t run Office on Mac. According to the Apple web page I can “reassign” the program by getting a code and then deleting it from my system. Then to contact the technical manager to check my eligibility and reset it. I can then go back in and down load it again by paying the $20 again and install the Mac version. </snip>

On how many computers can I install the software?
2 computers, either 2 PCs or 2 Macs, specific to the software that was purchased.
Where can I get technical support?
There are a number of support resources available online or you may contact Customer Support.

if you’re in the United States Army it’s as easy as entering your official Army email address (@mail.mil, @us.army.mil, etc.) and then using the code C4FAA257E3. It’s well worth checking out especially at the extremely low price. </snip>
MAE is only available from Military Post exchanges, is an annual subscription only available to qualifying military members and retirees.

US$100. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access (Office Pro)
On February 1, 2012, Microsoft quietly replaced the Office Professional Academic 2010 SKU with a new one called “Microsoft Office University 2010. ”
It has a new verification process, which works as follows, according to the FAQ: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/html/pbPage.LearnMore?Icid=Student_Main_LearnMore
Office University 2010 does not come with a product key. Your eligibility will be verified online before completing purchase. This product will not work without successful verification as you will not have a product key.
You will be required to verify your eligibility online to use this software.
- www.office.com/verify.
- 2. Sign in with your Windows Live ID or create one using any e-mail address.
O Provide your school e-mail address, sign-in ID, or international student identity card (ISIC).
Once you pass verification, the online site displays the product key.

Q: HOW WILL I GET MY SOFTWARE PRODUCT KEYS?
A: Software product keys will be provided on the purchase confirmation page. They will also be sent to the .edu e-mail address used to confirm eligibility and purchase the product. Software product keys are also stored in the Windows Live ID account associated with your .edu e-mail address.
The former MSDN Academic Alliance programme (MSDNAA) focuses on universities and colleges. Download access must be applied for at your ackgroundd’s data centre. The downloads will also be provided by your ackgroundd. Available software includes:
You’ll find a complete list of software products and a list of participating organisations on the MSDNAA Website.
The Academic discount is the next best Office deal you will find. For students who can prove they are at MS approved educational institutions can buy Office Pro for $100. Be sure to get the installation disk at the same time, even if you have to pay $10-15 extra.
Access , Communicator , Excel , InfoPath , OneNote , Outlook with Business Contact Manager , PowerPoint , Publisher , SharePoint Workspace , Word
Academic is equivalent to Pro Plus. In theory your key should work on any Pro Plus installation file.
http://microsoft-office-_professional-academic.en.softonic.com/ - Pro Academic
If you purchased an Academic version, you can download the corresponding regular Office 2010 product from any download site. For example, if you purchased Office Professional Academic 2010, you can download Office Professional 2010.
Pro Plus is a volume license version, Academic is one source for “general public” - return to vendor site for downloads
USD100 + USD15 for backup disk (also can get Win7 Pro Upgrade for ~USD30) Some places the Academic offer is Office Pro and others it is Pro Plus

Just opened my e-mail and had a message back from Digital River:
“Thank you for contacting the Ultimate Steal online store.
We understand that you would like to have the 64-bit version of your Microsoft Office Professional Academic 2010.
We would like to inform you that 64-bit version is not available.
However most users install 32-bit version of Office 2010 on both 32 and 64-bit Operating Systems because currently many common add-ins for Office will not function in the 64-bit edition. The 64-bit installation of Microsoft Office 2010 products is available for users who commonly use very large documents or data set and need Excel 2010 programs to access greater than 2GB of memory. There may be technical issues with the 64-bit version and in order to install a 64-bit version of Office 2010 product users must have a 64-bit supported operating system on their PC.
We are glad to be of service to you.”
I have yet to reply to it but I’m already annoyed. I ordered this with the impression that there was going to be an x64 installer (just like the retail copies). They can either give me the installer or give me a refund at this point. Yes I know I can run the x86 version in x64 (which is what I’m doing now), but I wanted Office 2010 mostly because it was going to be the first true x64 version of Office.
</snip>
<snip>
For some reason I was not presented with an option to download the x64 installer. There was just 1 download link and it was the old X16-32007.exe. However their download link: https://www2.buyoffice.microsoft.com/usa/unitdownloader.aspx?cache=XXXXXXX&local_only=true&receipt_id=XXXXXXX&dname=O14.download.name.32&id=XXXXXXX&culture=en-us you can simply change the download.name.32 to64 and it will start downloading X16-31970.exe. The XXXXXXX are your particular variables in your shopping session
</snip>
<snip>
Hi all. The Digital River 2010 backup disk DOES contain the 64-bit folder to run from. Remember you need to uninstall all remnants of any Office 32-bit components beforehand. Microsoft has very thorough unique version-specific uninstallers at the Office support website you can run if there is any problem with the usual uninstall.
I tried pretty aggressively to get them to e-mail me the 64.bit exe file to run with the download but no one would. I guess you need to get to the right person. All their e-mails that said they didn’t offer 64-bit installation were misrepresentations.
The trial version workaround solution sounds pretty good if it works for everyone--saves having to buy the backup disk.
