Office 2013 activation wizard

Office 2013 activation wizard keeps popping up even though I have used for 4 years.  When I enter the activation key, it wants me to redeem online.  So I do that and it downloads a setup file. When I run the setup file it says, "We're sorry, Office click-to-run installer install encountered a problem because you have these Windows installer based office programs installed on your computer"?  What am I supposed to do to stop this?  It also says I only have 1-day left!!!

Lets try this activation troubleshooter:

If does not works try the below options:

Resetting Office activation

Open Command Prompt and navigate to the following folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 Or Office16
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15 Or Office16

Run cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

Observe the results and uninstall each product key

cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:<last 5 chars of product key shown in dstatus>

After the above actions please do the following:

Uninstall Office Complete

Install Office:

Activate Office:

Thank you for trying to help, but I don't have a clue how to do the things you asked me to do!  I do not know what a command prompt is or how to run scripts, etc., etc.  And the activation troubleshooter suggestions just made it worse.  Now when I go to open a program, it tries to configure and then stops and says, "it would not configure the programs because it said that it could NOT find my license for the application." What if I just uninstalled Office 2013 and tried to reinstall?  Would that work??

Yes follow the procces from the above post to complete uninstall office then restart you pc and install it again.
