This has just started. I try to open Outlook, it briefly comes up for 1 or 2 seconds, then I get an error message "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." Outlook will not open in safe mode either. MS Office diagnostics indicate no problems. Grateful for some help on this.
