CAInitSPPTokenStore.x86 error prevents installation of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010

Attempting to install Office 2010 PP on Windows XP Professional x86 SP3

Have added a Registry key to ensure that MSI packages dump verbose logs

MSI Installer logs this error and then starts rolling back the installation

WMI Service is running and I have performed a Repair to check that the Repository is okay, which it seems to be.

Any ideas?
