“Your subscription is expired” message in Office 365 after converting to a paid subscription

Did you recently convert from a trial version of Office 365 Home Premium to a paid subscription, but are still receiving a “Your subscription is expired” message?

Hi Ashutosh,,

 

To remove the error message, follow the steps below to re-sync your subscription:

 

1.         Log into My Account.

2.         Under Renewal Information section, confirm your subscription is active by checking the subscription expiration date.

3.         Restart Windows.

4.         If prompted, sign into your account. Your Office 365 account should re-sync, and the error message should not appear.

 

If the “Your subscription has expired” message continues to appear after performing these steps, or your subscription does not appear activated, please click for Support and choose Office 365 Home Premium & Office 365 University from the menu.
