Not able to Submit Form/ Doc Through Microsoft InfoPath 2013

Hello All,

Im getting "To use this feature Microsoft outlook 2013 must be set as the default email program" error message when publishing form trough Microsoft Infopath 2013. Please find the attached error message. Im office 365 E4 licensed customer and activated info path after the installation successfully.

Could anyone help me this issue?

Hi Gopinath,

Based on your description, when you publish form in InfoPath 2013, you get the error message. In general it's better to run the same client versions of Outlook and InfoPath. Considering you are using InfoPath 2013, I would like to suggest you ensure you are using Office 2013 suits to check the outcome.
