Excel 2013 Alt+Enter Function Stopped Working

My alt enter function stopped working in Excel. This functions adds a line within a cell. Alt and other functions work. Any suggestions????

ok Community - I called Microsoft and here is what they told me to do in order to fix the problem.

1. Hold down the windows key from the keyboard and press "r"

2. When the "Run" dialog box pops up, enter "appwiz.cpl"

3. Wait for the programs to load

4. Right click on Microsoft Office

5. Choose Repair

When the program finished running, my problem was fixed.
