When I updated my Excel the option when I go to Data>Get Data> From online services greyed out

When I updated my Excel the option when I go to Data>Get Data> From online services greyed out anyone can help me with with this? Or any fix about this issue? Thank you in advance

This is now the version of my Excel when I had the latest update.

Now this option is greyed out. How can I have this back, Appreciate your help on this.

I just got the Office 365 personal and after installation same issue has been found that "From Online Services" Under Data is greyed Out.

Anyone from microsoft please help here?

I found the only way get info from online services, is by using PowerBI desktop.

Same issue here.

365 for Business. Latest update.

Hi I believe this is done to force users to find the new way of doing things as the greyed out option was the old way but now with the update its become more automated with the built in power queries. Instead of online sources you choose from web and imput the full internet address location of the data you want and excel brings up the get data wizard.

Hi I saw on another forum that Online Services are only available to Microsoft 365 Enterprise. Microsoft 365 Business or other versions do not have this facility.

As Andrejs Povhs said in his answer above, the workaround is to use Power BI Desktop which is free.
