Excel 2016 new workbook Excel Spreadsheet show a Numbered Column instead of an Alphabetical Column. How do you change the Columns back to Alphabetical (ie.. A,B,C,D...etc...)?

This is what my Spreadsheet shows in the Columns Numbered as 1,2,3,4,5 and so forth, now. What I'm trying to do is to make my Spreadsheet  to show in the Columns an Alphabetical Sequence as A,B,C,D,E and so forth. How do I make the Columns show Alphabetical Sequence instead of being in Numerical Sequence. Can anybody help me on this Odd Question. Unless it is an application error, I just need HELP on converting my Spread-Sheet COLUMNS from Numerical Sequence back to Alphabetical Sequence.
