Office 365 Excel number format error.

Hello guys.

I have a problem with changing the format of Excel cell. First I got a file from my colleague and I wanted to change the format of some information from 'time' to 'text'. But even I changed the format and the Excel is showing it is changed, Excel is asking me to use the proper form for the 'time', as you can see below. I hope to fix it as soon as possible because it is related to their salary.

You have Data Validation set on this cell (and the others in the column?)

Click on cell, in Data tab under Data Tools group, click Data Validation - then you can remove it.
