How to insert a row below in Excel 2016

In Excel 2016, I can only insert a row above current active row. I remember I could insert a row below in previous version. How can I make it?

Answer
Hello, as far as I can recall, inserting a row has always inserted above
the current row. There is no option in Excel to do that.

In Word or PowerPoint, however, you can insert a table, and when you
select a cell in that table, the ribbon will show commands with options
to insert below the current row.
