(Microsoft office 2007) How can i resolve this error, i have uninstall & reinstall ms office... but not resolved.
the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).
When exactly do you receive the error? Is this error only experienced in Excel?
2) Delete contents from XLSTART folder and check if it works.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART
3) Uncheck DDE for Excel and then try starting Excel and verify the result.
Is this issue is only experienced in Excel or in other Office applications as well?
1) Start Excel in safe mode and verify whether issue re-occurs
Hold Windows key + R.
Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:
Excel /safe
Note: There is space between Excel and /
If Excel safe works, disable the add-ins following steps mentioned below link and determine the problem causing add-in:

Open Excel, click on the Office button, Excel Options, Advanced, General and uncheck Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE).
