I have Msoffice 2007 installed,  I followed all instructions saw in Ms sites, But could not resolves . I need to habe Msoffice 2007(Word Excel Powerpoint) along with Outlook 2010,

What are the steps that you have tried till now?

Try opening Excel in application safe mode and check if it opens fine. To do this,
Click on start>run> type 'Excel /safe' (without quotes) and click OK.
Note: There is a space between Excel and '/'

Also check if there are any files in the startup folder. If you find any files take a back and delete them. Go to the below location to delete the files: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\XLSTART
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

Once deleted try to open the application and check the result.

Hi,

Thanks for reply! I opened Excel in safe mode, I did nt see any error pops up, Its seems to be One of my VBproject Addin causing error, When i disable or uninstall Outllok2010 issue would not produce. Is there any tool to identify bugs/compatibility issues with my addis. Help will be much appreciated. Also I found when i remove c:\document settings\User name\application data\Microsoft\Forms, Files from this location issue resolving, But i am not sure what these files does.  File extn is .Exd, Latter its re-generating in same location, error not coming up.

There isn’t any tool which would identify any bugs or compatibility issue with add-in.
Did you download the add-in or was it created using visual basic?
If it was created using Visual basic, you may also post in the below forum for better suggestions:
For more information you may also get in touch with the add-in manufacturer for help.
