Hi Microsoft,
Our client having issue opening an .xlsm file, Once we click enable Micros/contents the Microsoft Excel has stopped working.
The file was no issue cause we able to open it on another computer.
The following matter we been trying and still no help;
1) Remove Office 365
2) Run Office removal tool
3) Registry delete Office entry
4) Delete Temp file
5) Restart computer
6) Reinstall Office 365
Issue still present.
7) Visual Basic > Tools > Options > General > Disable Compile On Demand
8) Disable all Add-In / COM
9) Run Excel.exe /safe
Issue still present.
Is there a solution on this?
