Unexpected error - power query - specified method is not supported

Hello,

On one of our office machines we get a - specified method is not supported - error when we are trying to load data from a query.

It concerns office 2016. We are able to  execute the same query on other machines so we don't understand why it fails on this one machine.

When we execute the query the preview window is populated ok, when we "load and save" excel will retrieve a few rows and then the error will pop-up, (we then see in gray the table which is filled with a few rows and the last row is incomplete, not all data is loaded)

here is the error message:

Error Message:

Specified method is not supported.
