Excel (Office 2016 for Mac): highlighting row and column number

I'm using Office 2016 for Mac. Do you have any suggestions about how to make Excel better highlight the row and column numbers for the cell I'm working on? Today, I only see a very, very light grey highlight and green underline for the row and column numbers. I recall past versions of Excel using a yellow highlight instead. I've tried changing the "Office Themes" but that doesn't help.

Hi Dan,

The screenshot which shows the row and column identifier in yellow-orange is Excel 2007 for Windows. Actually, in the latest version of Excel 2016 for Windows and for Mac, Excel will not show the row and column identifier of the selected cell in that way.
