OneDrive account frozen

Hello, my One drive is frozen and I received an email saying that it will be deleted on 29/05/2019. I tried to follow instructions to unfreeze it but it seems that when I open Onedrive there is no possibility to do anything. It says directly "Something went wrong", please try again or refresh the page. I see the tab with the pages on the left but I get same error on each one....

Any suggestion/idea?

Regarding your concern about your frozen OneDrive account, I suggest that you use our in-app support for in-depth assistance. Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser. Click the ? help icon on the top banner of the page, then select Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.
