Microsoft Office 365 Login Page Blank

We are having issue with a blank page showing up at O365 login page.

We are using IE 11, tried reset all the setting and advance setting. Tried clear history, cookies, etc.. Tried InPrivate Browsing... None of the above works.

Another piece of information for is I have done a tracert and it gets timeout at the below.

Also tried ipconfig /flushdns

None of the above work...

Hi Roger,

I understand your IE shows a blank page after entering your credential in https://login.microsoftonline.com.

If so, I suggest you check the following:
    1.    Is your computer behind a firewall? If yes, the firewall may have to be configured to enable access to the following endpoints:
Office 365 portal and shared
    2.    Did the issue occur to other web browsers?
    3.    Did all users in your organization encounter the issue?

If this is not your scenario, please share the requirements to reproduce the issue.

Regards,
William

Hi William,

For your information, my colleagues can login now.

The above situation applies to IE Browser, 360 Browser, and Chrome as well.

We have about 10 client computers in our office, not in a network environment. No firewall behind just a normal broadband and router setup. We had two computers acting up with that situation.  As I mentioned above, I tried resetting all three browsers, flushed the DNS etc.. None of them work on that day. However, the next day, it was back normal and can access the login page.  Please note that one of the troubled computer has not changed anything. No resetting in browsers and flushing of the DNS. We did not reboot the router as well.

If you ask my opinion, I have a feeling is the DNS routing in one of MSFT. As you can see in the tracert I provided above.

regards,

Roger
