Forgotten my 365 user id

Hi,

I signed up to 365 a while ago but haven't used it in months. I went to sign in today and it doesn't recognise my user id. I have tried all the email addresses I use or have used in the past but get the same message - not recognised? How do I retrieve my user id info?

Hi SteveBarkhuizen,

If we sign up an Office 365 tenant, the default domain is contoso.onmicrosoft.com. The global admin account looks like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. When signing up the Office 365 tenant, we need another business email address as below. Therefore, may I know if you can remember the email address so that you can check if there are any emails from Office 365 when signing up the Office 365 account?

If you are not a global admin, I would suggest you contact the global admin in your Office 365 tenant to check the User ID for you.

Regards,
Shirley

Search your e-mail for your initial signup e-mail from Office365. That should have the information you are looking for.

Hi SteveBarkhuizen,

Can you find the Office 365 User ID now? Do you need further assistance?
