To cancel subscription and request refund

Hello Cs Team,

I would like to cancel subscription and request refund.

I forgot to cancel it before the due date and also already been charged to my account yesterday.

please assist, thank you.

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor. I can see that you wish to process a refund for the Microsoft 365 trial subscription that automatically renewed.

To cancel your subscription, login to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Under Microsoft 365 subscription, look for Expires on or Cancel link. Once cancelled, you'll be given an option to process a refund for the unused time.

If you got an error that you can't cancel as it's already been paid until... It's best that you contact Microsoft to process your cancellation and refund. To contact Microsoft please use this link: https://support.microsoft.com/help/28808

how I can get my refund for this cancellation subscription , all the instruction before doesn't help to direct me for my cancellation and refund. I've been charged yesterday for renewal subscription for a year which is amount RM 359 for Microsoft 365, I don't need this subscription please assist me in proper how to get my refund.

Please understand that community members doesn't have the capability to access your account and process refunds.

Since you can't process the cancellation and refund by managing your account. It's best call Microsoft's support team. You can find their number on the link below:

i have paid for a subscription and would like to cancel as work are paying this from. 

I will then download it from work, with the same email address.

Could someone possibly help me to get my refund. I have the same situation but getting or contacting customer support was very hard.
