I'm Tyler, an independent advisor trying to help.
You can contact billing support by phone number. There you should be able to request your refund!

Hi Tyler,
thank you for reply, it is useful. I would actually like to send an email, to avoid additional phone call costs. Would you happen to know an official email for complaints or similar questions about billing and payments?
Kind regards,
M

Thank you again! I tried with that already, it gives me contact of a virtual agent and then after I reply that it didn't help me says it will redirect me to a human agent but when I reach the box with 'ask a question' (or some similar sentence) then it is blocked and not possible to write anymore.
I also tried with a different question to a virtual agent and found out that Microsoft has changed the way of monthly billing and that I could have been charged for the next month much earlier, so that was the reason why two payments were so close to each other. Maybe this was the reason. However, I did not receive any written notice about this change or about the second charge. Usually, I receive an email. That is why I think it might have been a mistake.
