Microsoft O365 account and GoDaddy O365 Account Can't Login To MS Portal

So, my customer has an O365 Business account for one business and a GoDaddy O365 account for another business.

After setting up the GoDaddy account, he can no longer log into the MS portal as it automatically redirects to the GoDaddy portal now.

The redirect appears to be server side, but it might be checking a local cookie as you can sign into both accounts from two different browsers. But that's inconvenient for the user whose used to only using his default browser.

Is there a way to check the email on both accounts from the same browser?



Hi Neil,

It is not recommended to sign with two different Office 365 accounts in one browser at the same time. When we sign in to Office 365 and access to Office 365 web apps such as Mail App, a session is established between your browser and the Office 365 web app you’re using. It will let the resources we requested confused and don't know which the account you need to use to access.

If you have to do that, I suggest you sign in to Office with your one account in a normal window and sign with the other account in a private mode window, thereby separating them into two parts.
