Microsoft Certificate of Liability Insurance & Cyber Coverage

I go through the post; it seems that you cannot find your Microsoft certificate in your portal. I would suggest post in Microsoft Certification Forum which is a specialized channel for Microsoft Certificate related question, you will have better experience and may find answer there.

Good luck with that ... if you read the basic MS license terms they essentially say "use at your own risk, our maximum liability is the purchase price of the software ... ". Yup, that's it! Maybe there is something more for Business licenses, but I doubt it.

Hi Clark,

I'm not looking for a "certification". I'm looking to verify that Microsoft has insurance coverage as a company. I work in vendor management for a bank and we have to verify that the vendors we conduct business with carry appropriate insurance coverage (i.e. commercial general liability, worker's comp, cyber, crime, etc.). This is not insurance coverage/warranty for a specific product, this is for Microsoft as a company. Can you please help me locate this information?

Another place would be their annual financial reports.

This is helpful. However, the document in the link above reflects it is for the UK, is there one for the USA specifically? I haven't been able to locate one for the USA, only UK, New Zealand, Ireland.
