I have a new debit card from my bank. They changed my sort code and so a new card with a new 16 digit number, expiry date, CVV code and so on was issued. At the same time, I have moved address and so everyting has changed.
I tried to alter the details in my billing page - it won’t let me because the card is associated with existing payments/accounts.
I added the new card to my payment options (succesfully) and then tried to delete my old card (unsuccessfully) - again because the card is associated with existing payments/accounts and the screen told me I had to contact support with a link to these pages - so here I am.
I suspect that my renewal of Office 365 is going to go wrong because your system will try to take money from my old card - that’s what the rather uniformnative screen response seems to be hinting at.
So how can I delete the old card so that you use the right card?
