keychain error

I just brought a Mabook Air 2018 and installed Office 365.

Now after installing, I wanted to create a Word document but it was asking me for the confidential information stored in "Microsoft Office Credentials" in the keychain.

Now I have found that Keychain but now whenever I click 'show password', it pops up with the same "keychain wants to access your "Microsoft Office Credentials" in the keychain". 

And before this happened, I opened the keychains, clicked "Microsoft Office Credentials" and I could click show password and I just had to put my password in, But in shows a pop up saying the access to that was restricted.

Please help me out, I need word for my assessments soon (student).

It told me to fix my Microsoft Outlook but whenever I log in theres an error code 0xD000000C
