Has anybody at Microsoft ever edited an Access Form Chart control on a zoomed high DPI display?

See subject. Seriously. It's absolutely unusable. (Before it crashes Access when you try to get out of editing the Chart back to Access.)

Microsoft continually blames ISVs for the pathetic behavior of Windows 10 on high DPI display. Near as I can tell, they are the worst offender.

When will Office be full compatible with high DPI?

Answer
Answer

go to Graph.exe in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 folder and set the "Overide high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by: Application". this will make your graphs behave correctly. It worked on my Surface Pro 4.
