Question

Q: Defaulting the switchboard to load upon startup

I'm done creating the structure of my database and now I want to set the switchboard so that it defaults and opens up as soon as you start the database, how can I do this?

Answer

A:

Click the Office button.

Click Access Options.

Click Current Database.

Select your switchboard form from the "Display Form" dropdown.

You may want to set other startup options here as well.

Click OK.

(If you want to bypass the startup options, hold down Shift while opening the database)
