.xlsx file can not open from MS office 2010

Currently I use Ms Office 2010 and I can open any .xls format excel file without any problem.

But I can't open .xlsx format excel file provided by other

I have been done on "Open and Repair" and "File block setting"

Those don't help me..

Mention what happens when you try to open .xlsx file?

 

Are you able to open the .xlsx file from within Excel 2010 by going to File and Open?

 

Check the file association of the .xlsx File. To do that do the following.

Right click on the saved file ->Open with ->Choose Default Program ->Select Microsoft Excel 2010, ensure to check “always use this program to open this kind of file” and click on OK.

 

If issue persists, you may repair Office 2010 installation and check if that helps:
