Wunderlist on Outlook 365 can't even see login page

I have added removed add-in multple times but still can't see login page and withouth login page its not working

thats what I see

Thank you for your posting in our forum. May I know whether this issue is with Outlook desktop app? If you login Outlook Web App, whether issue would happen?

 

 

 

If issue occurs with Outlook desktop app, you may firstly restart PC -> clear Office related credentials in Windows credential manager -> restart Outlook, if there’s any anti-virus, temporarily disable it; Switch to a different network to see if it can make any difference; If convenient, use a different Outlook PC client to check if issue follows to your account; Check updates for the entire Office suite to make sure it’s up-to-date; Try to use a different Outlook profile to test this issue, as sometimes issue can be caused by a corrupt profile (please kindly note do not remove the old profile to prevent data loss):

 

1. Open Control Panel->User Accounts->Mail

2. In Mail Setup window, select Show Profiles…

 

 

3. In general tab of the prompt window, click Add->name the new profile and configure your account to it.

4. In general tab, select “Prompt for a profile to be used”, then save the changes.

 

 

5. Restart Outlook with this profile to test again.

Anna thanks for the help, but I still have same issue

Yes its the Desktop app. I don't know how to open in the Web apps, because its Outlook add-in I'm using as.

Things I did so far:

* Antivirus is off

* All credential with Office is cleared

* Restarted PC multiple times

* Setup new profile

* Checked for updates, everything is up to date

* Tried on the different network, hotspot over my phone

Other things I tried

* Asked other friend in work to install add-in, she has the same issue

* Add another add-in, Evernote and I can see login

In Outlook Web App, you can randomly select one email, click “…” More action icon -> scroll down the menu to find this add-in:

 

 

 

Please check if you can login via Outlook Web App.

 

Besides, for this issue, since this add-in can be managed by admin, another ways is to let admin check whether he can find it in Office 365 admin center-> Settings->Service & Add-ins:

 

 

 

May I have the current version number of your Outlook app and Office 365 suites? Is it in Version 1910 (Build 12130.20272)? You can check it via Outlook->File->Office account:

 

 

Let admin remove your account from the list, waiting the change to take effect, then re-assign to you. If this way not work, turn off this add-in then turn it on again, waiting for a while to see the results.

Anna, thanks for helping me on this.

So I checked the web version and its the same as the PC app.

here is the setting in admin center

and here is the outlook version 

so I removed add-in from Admin center, I added back, I made add-in available for everyone, then I removed everyone, then I added just specific user, me and other user and still not working for either.

Thank you for your response. According to your description, I suggest you can also try following method:

 

1. Since issue can be reproduced on Outlook Web App, please login it using browser (like chrome) inPrivate mode, click browser Settings icon -> More tools -> Developer tools:

 

 

 

Click Network tab, then try to reproduce the issue via clicking one email and login this add-in, try to check sessions under Network to see if there’s any HTTP or related errors:

 

 

2. Are you able to login this third-party service via its service portal (search “Sign In Wunderlist” in browser and click its public link to sign in)?

 

If issue still proceeds, I need to further consult our senior support. If any results, please do not hesitate to contact me.
