Word won't open my Word documents anymore...

I subscribe to Office 365 and suddenly Word won't open my Word docs anymore. It says  to use the Text Recovery Converter. Well, Office 216 doesn't appear to HAVE a text recovery converter. What can I do? Yes I'm logged in. Yes I pay my bill. Anything? Thanks.

Select the Recover Text from Any File (*.*) item from the dropdown list in the File>Open dialog.  However, is that the only message that you get?  Does it occur with all of your documents?

Most important, is this happening to all of your documents or just a limited number of them?

Try doing an Office Repair:
