Hi, I'm Sneha and I'd be happy to help you out with your question. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try following general self troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue you're facing with MS Word for macOS. 1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable and working internet connection. You can try accessing other websites or online services to verify your connectivity. 2. Sign out and sign back in: Open MS Word, go to the "Help" menu, and choose "Sign Out." Afterward, sign back in using your Microsoft account credentials. This will refresh your authentication and may resolve the issue. 3. Clear cached credentials: Open the Keychain Access app on your Mac (located in the Utilities folder within the Applications folder). Search for any entries related to Microsoft or Office, and delete them. Then, try signing in again. 4. Update Word: Make sure you have the latest version of MS Word installed on your Mac. Open the App Store, go to the "Updates" tab, and check for any available updates for Word. If an update is available, install it and see if it resolves the issue. 5. Reinstall Word: If the problem persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling MS Word on your Mac. To do this, drag the Word application from the "Applications" folder to the Trash. Then, visit the Microsoft website or the App Store to download and reinstall Word. Here are some additional things you can try: Clear the Office 365 cache. To do this, follow these steps: - Open Keychain Access. - Click on the Login keychain. - Click on the Search field and type "Office 365." - Select all of the items that appear and click on the Delete button. - Quit Keychain Access. Try using a different network connection. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, try using a wired connection instead. If you are using a wired connection, try using a different Wi-Fi network. Contact your internet service provider. If you have tried all of the above and you are still having problems, contact your internet service provider to see if there is an issue with your internet connection. If you have any other questions or need assistance with anything, please don't hesitate to let me know. It will be my pleasure to Assist you. Best Regards, Sneha Give back to the community. Try downloading MSFT Office products from Apple's App Store rather than from the Microsoft 365 website. It worked for us (the suggestions above, unfortunately, did not).
