Word 2019 UI: just blank boxes there are!

Hi everyone

I hope someone could help me with this weird issue I've faced since I've installed Word 2019 (you could see the problem in the pics below).

Other apps in my office suite are working fine so far.

It's a total mess!

Does this happen if you start in safe mode?

Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC - Microsoft Office

If it does, try a repair. If it opens OK in safe mode, write back for suggestions.

Unfotunately niether safe mode nor repair made no changes

And reinstalling did not help too

And reinstalling did not help too

Windows 10?

Try uninstalling using the Fixit Tool.

Uninstall Office from a PC - Office Support

Second option

Then, reinstall.

Download and install or reinstall Office 365 or Office 2019 on a PC or Mac - Office 365

I reinstalled, and nothing changed

additional information: even the files' text in the pages is totally white and hidden -not resolved with changing text color.

I wonder if the issue could be something about my OS -windows 10- not office 2019!

It wasn't like this with word 2013, and now the other office 2019 apps are not having this issue.

On another laptop with win8, I installed and this did not happen.
