Word 2010 has no Workgroup Templates tab

When I open Word 2010 I do not see "Workgroup Templates" I only see "My Templates"

I have set the File Locations for the Workgroup templates under Options>Advanced>File Locations to point to a network location where I have stored a template. 

When I click on "My templates" I only see a tab for Personal Templates.

Why do I not see a "Workgroup Templates" under Available Templates?

The templates that are saved in the workgroup templates file location are basically the same as the templates that are saved in your user templates file location. However, the location is typically a shared folder on a network drive.

Since you're still having an issue finding the "Workgroup Templates" even after you've already set the location to a network drive where you have stored the templates, we encourage you to submit a feedback about this.
