Will the 365/Windows 2024 Military Appreciation Edition offer the new version of MS Planner?

Will the 365/Windows 2024 Military Appreciation Edition offer the new version of Planner? As I read here: Meet the new Microsoft Planner: Manage all your tasks and plans in one simple, familiar experience - Microsoft Community Hub the new planner will be integral to the functioning of the entire system. Military Exchange negotiators and MS should take this into consideration and not cheap out by not offering this important feature for military families who need these functions and tools and who include the next generation of workers. Increase the price if you must, but don't give military families a skinny version.

Sorry - a business subscription to MS 365 is required which includes an Exchange email account. It is not part of any consumer version of Microsoft 365

Not sure about that. This is what you get from the non-military family edition of 365

This is what you get from the military family edition.

OneDrive

Outlook

Word

Excel

OneNote

Publisher

I am saying that because of the functional integration of the new Planner with other apps, the functionality of Planner should be considered for family editions, including the military family edition, or the enterprise-like editions should be offered at a military exchange appreciation discounted pricing.

So yeah, that seems to be the case. But from the description of the new Planner, it looks like personal uses/ versions may be contemplated. I am weighing in on giving individuals or families the advantages of integrating all functions with a robust planner.

So maybe you can tell me who else I should make my case to?

The only place I am aware of to provide feedback when not done from with an Office app itself is the Feedback Hub but not at all sure that the Planner category for Teams / ToDo listed there encompasses MS Planner
