Greetings...!!

Thank you for posting. If you are the only user who is not able to access Yammer, please check with the Global admin if you have been assigned Yammer license.

If you were inactive in Yammer for more than a month, you would have been suspended automatically and please ask your Global/Verified admin to reactivate your account (Yammer-> Network admin-> Remove user-> Reactivate account if present in suspended list)

If the above does not work, please raise a service request with Microsoft Yammer where we would help resolve your issue. Please revert for any query regarding Yammer.

We would require Network specific details to troubleshoot on this. Therefore, please create a service request with Yammer support via Office 365 admin center > Support > Create service request

I understand your concern. I would suggest to create a service request with Yammer support team via Office 365 admin center > Support > create service request. We would require a Verified admin to work on the issue.

We would require following details:

  • Yammer user export
  • Yammer network settings for authentication
  • Office 365 license status of the affected user
  • Email address of the affected users

Are you using Yammer embeded in a SharePoint site? Or via the app or straight from yammer.com? Embeded Yammer streams have problems since today.

Thank you for posting. I understand that Yammer embed feed in SharePoint site is not working.

Kindly provide following information:

  1. Is the issue still reproducible?
  2. Is it happening with specific browser? I checked my SharePoint online site on edge & it is working fine.
  3. Are you using SharePoint online or on premise?
  4. Is it not working for specific group ?
