Why is my MS Word pink?

When I open MS Word the background/theme is pink. It was normal yesterday, i.e. white. It's really quite annoying to work with. I've tried to change the options, but that doesn't appear to work either. See image below.

Which version and build of Office are you using? See File, Account for the information.

By "background/theme" do you mean the document body? That is not controlled by the background or theme setting in your screenshot - that would be page color (Design tab).

If the toolbars are pink, try a Quick Repair. To repair your Office installation, right click on the start menu and choose Apps & Features, find and select the Office installation. Choose Modify then select the Quick repair option.
