Why Excel show value on CELL not same as FORMULA BAR

I try with many PC that use office 2016 found Excel show value on CELL not same as FORMULA BAR with this number

58751.848    = Value in CELL

58751.8479999999    = Value in Formula Bar

As Tom has explained, Excel (and most computer apps) store numbers in binary using the IEEE protocol. Some decimal numbers have no exact binary representation within the fixed number of digits allowed.

Tom was making the point that this is not a bug but a mathematical fact.

While 1/4 can be exactly represented as a decimal 0.25, 1/3 can only be approximated to 0.3333333333333333333333333.....
