Why do I only have access to Co-pilot when I now have a copilot pro subscription? I need help.

I started the free trial for Copilot Pro but I can't access it. On my computer I have access to both my work and personal Microsoft accounts. I'm not sure if this is posing a problem. I also already have a personal and work Office 365 account. I did access the Copilot Pro the very first time I signed up but it had never let me back in since and I feel like I have lost out on the free trial. Please help. Is their live support I can call?

Hello Saraann Williams,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are subscribed to Copilot Pro but you only have access to Copilot and you want to contact live support. You can follow the steps below to contact Microsoft Chat Support to help you.

Contact Microsoft Support.

  1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support

  2. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.

  3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.

  4. Go to the Products and services tab, you can select the option corresponding to your question.

  5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.

  6. Go to Confirm.

  7. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Tip: If the page is not available after you follow the steps above, it may be a non-working day or time, and it is recommended that you contact them on the page that asks you about working hours.

Feel free to let me know about the progress of things once you have completed the above steps. If you have any questions about the need for clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. I want to do my utmost to help you.
