I understand that you are subscribed to Copilot Pro but you only have access to Copilot and you want to contact live support. You can follow the steps below to contact Microsoft Chat Support to help you.

Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.
Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
Go to the Products and services tab, you can select the option corresponding to your question.
On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
Go to Confirm.
You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
Tip: If the page is not available after you follow the steps above, it may be a non-working day or time, and it is recommended that you contact them on the page that asks you about working hours.
