Why Chinese Font cant install

I would like to ask for help to solve the problem as attached picture, can't install the chinese font that been block. i had tries several way as i can but also cant install please give me the solution. thank you.

    Hi Calvin,

    Let me help you install the Chinese Font.

    Before we proceed with the troubleshooting steps, I need more information:

    What is the complete error message that you receive when you try to install the Chinese font?

    Is it already installed and are you not able to enable it in Office applications?

    You may go to File, Options, Language in the Word application and add the Chinese language pack and check if you are able to use the font.
